Sven Martin joined the Pixomondo team in 2008 where he has since implemented a strong creature and character animation pipeline.

Martin was brought on the HBO series Game of Thrones in Season 2 and remained on the show through the 8thand final season, winning two Emmy awards along the way. With over 16 years of experience in the visual effects industry, Martin has worked on such major feature film productions as Star Trek - Into Darkness, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Hunger Games, Hugo, Iron Man II and Super 8.

Martin has collaborated with such celebrated German directors Leander Haussmann Dieter Wedel Joseph Vilsmaier and Philipp Stölzl as well as international directors including JJ Abrams, Martin Scorsese, Lars von Trier, Jon Favreau, Zack Snyder and more.

His work with Steven Spielberg’s on the filmmaker’s acclaimed Bridge of Spiesearned Martin his fourth VES nomination.
