Rhea Fischer is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive on-set feature film production experience on large scale virtual production projects such as the Avatar sequels. She has also built software and systems to support modern virtual production pipelines at Studios and VFX houses. After years of seeing how real productions use their pipelines, and how they integrate on set work, she's working with teams at Netflix to build foundational pipeline services to support content generation for LED screen shooting and story development through virtual production.
