Mark is an integral part of the senior leadership team at Northstarr, a rising leader in the athlete performance and availability assurance market. He is also a partner at Karerra, an international outcome accelerator, and at IGC – Innovative Growth Capital, a venture fund. Mark is a seasoned strategist and serial entrepreneur who helped create and launch the 3D animation and graphics software category and market.
Mark is one of the creators of Northstarr’s Science of PerformanceTM, measured by results, helping teams and athletes improve performance while assuring availability.

Mark helped create the first social network for the TED Conference. He has been on the leading edge of software development for much of his career. Mark helped develop 3D animation and graphics software known as Maya, which revolutionized how the world is entertained. Working with major studios, he introduced the world to computer-generated animation and received many accolades - including several Sci-Tech awards and an Academy Award.
His “See What You Think” strategic ideation methodology, first presented in his TED Talk, catalyzes corporate leaders, P&L owners, and team members to collaboratively think laterally and orthogonally as they seek to activate new innovations to grow top line revenue or reimagine the business.
