Lara Hopkins has over 25 years experience in animation and VFX production, starting her career as a producer and moving 15 years ago into a focus on finding, hiring and managing VFX Artists and producers globally, including for companies such as Framestore, Rising Sun Pictures, Dr D studios. She is now working as a Talent Consultant at ILM Sydney, helping ILM build up their fifth global studio.
