Jonathan joined Framestore in 2000 where he quickly demonstrated his talents as a compositor, working on projects such as V for Vendetta, Alfonso Cuarón‘s Children of Men and Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight.

As VFX Supervisor, Jonathan’s expertise spans everything from Ancient Greece (Wrath Of The Titans) and 19th Century London (Sherlock Holmes) to the futuristic visions of James Cameron’s Avatar and Alfonso Cuarón’s Gravity.

His relationship with Marvel Studios led to supervisory work on both Doctor Strange and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. II, earning BAFTA and Oscar nominations for his work.

2020 saw Jonathan supervise Framestore’s work on the latest Bond film, No Time To Die, and reunite with Director James Gunn as VFX Supervisor on The Suicide Squad.

He is currently supervising the Netflix adaptation of School For Good And Evil.
