Janelle Croshaw Ralla
VFX Supervisor, Captain Marvel
Janelle Croshaw Ralla is first and foremost a loving wife and Mom to a four year old boy and one year old girl. Her career in visual effects is driven by her love for collaborating with like minded people, her passion for creating never before seen content for the world, and the anything but monotonous schedule that allows for hard, fulfilling work but also down time to enjoy life. Some of the highlights of her career include being a go to collaborator for Spike Jonze, creating Benjamin Button and the Tupac "hologram", overseeing the 70s women's rights series Mrs America and working alongside Christopher Townsend as his additional supervisor for Captain Marvel, supervising the de-aging of Sam Jackson. Her recent work includes supervising the LA unit for Black Widow and an upcoming Marvel streaming series.
