Deirdre is Programme Director of The National Talent Academy for Animation. She began her career working with HBO in Los Angeles, and has been Dublin-based since 2001,  working as Head of Production and Acquisitions for Monster Entertainment and more recently as CEO and Producer of Avalon Films.
