As Director of Talent Development, Danielle O’Hare drives talent strategy and planning for employees across ILM's global studios in San Francisco, London, Vancouver, Singapore, and Sydney. O’Hare focuses her work on all aspects of the Talent Pipeline from University Internships to Artistic and Technical Training to Professional Development programming for senior staff. O’Hare is a champion of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging and partners with leaders to drive the company’s initiatives in this space. She partners with teams across the globe as well as with counterparts at The Walt Disney Company.

O’Hare joined Industrial Light & Magic in 2001 in the Technical Training Department.

O’Hare is from Berkeley, California. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College. O’Hare currently resides in San Francisco, California with her husband and two children.
