Srikanth is a seasoned Visual Effects professional with 18 years of industry experience, known for his deep expertise in 2D comp, paint, and rotoscope. Rooted in a Fine Arts background, he seamlessly transitioned into VFX, blending traditional artistic sensibilities with modern digital tools. His passion for the craft, combined with a drive for continuous learning, led him to grow into the role of 2D Supervisor at BOT VFX. As one of the company's early hires, he played a key role in building and shaping the Roto and Paint departments, contributing to BOT's growth from a small team to a large-scale studio. Over the years, he has worked on more than 100 projects across film, television, and commercials, including major titles like Avatar: The Way of Water, Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, Deadpool & Wolverine, Better Man, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
After more than a decade of impactful contributions in 2D, Srikanth has recently stepped into a new chapter of his career as a Senior Technical Supervisor, where he now leads creative innovation initiatives at BOT VFX. Passionate about emerging technologies, especially AI-driven workflows, Srikanth is dedicated to exploring the future of VFX while continuing to mentor and uplift the next generation of artists.
