Randy Lake is President of Studio Operations & Imageworks. He is responsible for managing overall operations, strategy and planning of Sony Pictures Imageworks, Post Production Services, Production Services, Global Mastering and Servicing and Asset Management.

Lake joined Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) in 2006 as vice president, and later senior vice president of corporate development for SPE.

Lake previously served as a strategy consultant to the entertainment, media, and technology industries for Booz Allen in New York, London, and San Francisco. While at Booz Allen, Lake served as a consultant specializing in growth strategy development for a variety of global media and technology clients. Lake began his career as a securities attorney with Brobeck, Pheleger ® Harrison in San Francisco where he advised emerging growth technology companies, underwriters and venture investors.

Lake holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from UC Berkeley.
