Sachitha Kalingamudali runs the digital businesses of Sri Lanka's largest broadcaster, Derana, and is General Manager of Mogo Studios — the studio behind The Secret of the Moonstone, the country's first animated feature. He leads a team of 250+ across media, technology, animation and education, owning operations, business development, monetization and growth strategy across the group. His foundation is in operations and business development, sharpened by an engineering mindset — equally at home building a P&L, designing a go-to-market strategy, standing up a tech pipeline, or scaling a team. The common thread through his work is taking something from an idea to an operational reality and making it grow.
