
Luca Prasso

Luca started making images with a computer in the early 1980s. After traveling the world for Softimage as Demo Artist, Luca arrived at Pacific Data Images in 1995 working on projects like The Simpsons 3D. During the next 17 years, after the partnership with DreamWorks, Luca worked on movies like Antz, Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon and many more as Rigging Supervisor.
In 2012 he co-founded Curious Hat to create award winning children apps for iOS.
In 2014 Luca joined Google’s Spotlight Stories to work on innovative non linear storytelling in VR.
In 2016. Luca joined the Daydream team at Google to prototype novel ways to imagine VR/AR/XR in our future lives.
Since 2020 Luca has worked as Senior Technical Artist on generating synthetic data for Machine Learning training in the Android XR Perception team.
