Hitesh is the co-founder of BOT and Chairman. Since its founding in 2008, he has led the company through an amazing journey of growth in size, clientele, geographic footprint, and scope of services. His steadfast and disciplined leadership has enabled BOT to become a highly recognized and admired brand in the industry.
Hitesh is equally at ease in creative decision-making as he is in technology and leadership decisions. He finds it exhilarating to address the unusual mix of creative, technological, and management challenges inherent in the visual effects business. He is an active evangelist for disciplined leadership and the application of management science in helping BOT achieve an even larger scale and impact.
Among some of his many accomplishments, Hitesh has producing credits on numerous films and episodic series, is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several other companies prior to BOT, and is a co-author of a patent on speech recognition applications. He is a member of the Visual Effects Society, a member of an executive leadership group called The Brain Trust, and a Charter Member of the global organization The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE). He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
