David Lebensfeld founded Ingenuity Studios in Los Angeles in 2004, growing it from a visual effects lab for music videos into a full-service production studio whose portfolio spans Get Out, A Star Is Born, Euphoria, The Walking Dead, Hacks, One Piece, and The Night Agent, as well as music videos for Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, and BTS. In 2022, Ingenuity was acquired by Streamland Media, a platform backed by private equity firm Trive Capital, and in 2023 Lebensfeld took on leadership of both Ingenuity and its sister company Ghost.
