Chris Spry is Managing Director of FIN VFX and a Managing Partner within the Dream Machine FX group. FIN, founded in 2001 by Emma Daines, joined Dream Machine FX in 2023 through an investment enabled by Arenova Capital, with Spry continuing in his executive leadership role. Under his stewardship the studio has grown to more than 250 people across Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast, Ballina, and Adelaide while holding onto its boutique identity - the goal, as he has put it, has never been to change who they are, but to give teams more opportunity and stability.
