Virtual Production and the Future of Learning

The events of recent years have highlighted the need to develop new and effective forms of remote collaboration, both in the vocational and training spheres.
For over two years now, NABA has been exploring techniques related to Virtual Production to design and develop new educational practices.  
If we consider technology an extension of the human body, the question we ask ourselves is: which technology allows us to extend the physical nature of our digital classrooms, our laboratories, our stagecrafts? To paraphrase Neil Gershenfeld, MIT, how can we make the atoms of our bodies meet the bits of our digital systems? The remote pre-production practices and the real time in-camera VFX technologies are fascinating tools that allow us to explore these new boundaries.
