At some point in our careers, some of us find it’s time to make a transition. Whether we just want to develop and expand our skillset, or we recognize changes in the marketplace, adapting makes us more employable. Using several sequences that I boarded for major studios, we will go through the steps I used to transition from animator to story artist. No matter what your experience or background, building on your strengths allows you to make the transition successfully, and quickly.
