Hand-Painting 'Namoo' with Erick Oh & Baobab Studios

Join Oscar®-nominated Erick Oh from nine-time Emmy® award winning Baobab Studios as he and the producers discuss the intricate, creative process behind the critically acclaimed, hand-painted short film Namoo ("tree" in Korean).

Namoo is a narrative poem, inspired by director Erick Oh’s grandfather’s passing; the film follows the beautiful and heartbreaking moments of a man, from birth to death, celebrating the complexity of life.

This one hour presentation will take you behind the scenes of the production and will illuminate the artistry and storytelling technique that is central to the culture at Baobab Studios.
