In this presentation, Storyboard Artist and Short Film Director David de Rooij will talk about his career, from student film until recent works. Illustrated with clips and images from the projects that he has been working on over the years, he will talk about how he found out about the importance of personal projects. David has always wanted to make personal projects for different reasons, and he believes it is important that artists have a way of expressing themselves in that way. As a bonus, David will share some early concept art for his latest personal project, a short animated film that he is currently working on.
