I speak to a ton of artist through podcasts, mentoring or talking to peers, one thing that is consistent across the CG industry is there is a finite amount of jobs compared to the number of people wanting to work in these fields. We wrap our identity in being an artist and creating art, however, we are for more than that, we are at the peak of creativity and these mindsets and ways of thinking drives innovation in business.
