I’ve Got No Strings: A Brief History of Animated Dance is a look at animation history through a choreographic lens, from the very beginning of the art form (even before the invention of motion pictures), though the golden age of short films, the birth of animated features and today’s both traditional and CG driven approaches. Profusely illustrated with deeply iconic sequences, A Brief History of Animated Dance began as part of a Motion Picture Academy sponsored workshop and has since been presented many times since. This will be its premiere European presentation.
