Today it is the engine of a real show: the breakdowns, the schedules, the approvals, the media, the folders on the drive from anywhere in the world, the VFX turnovers and the final deliveries. The people who run the production still make every call. It just brings order to the chaos.
I built Throughline from the production side of the table, with LLMs doing most of the typing. This talk is the field notes. What held up. What was noise. Where the machine surprised me, where it fooled me, and what it cost the morning I stopped checking.
