Peggy Dollaghan

Peggy Dollaghan joined Pixar Animation Studios in March 2010 on an interim basis recruiting
for the Renderman, Systems and Software Research & Development teams. She then went to
Lucasfilm and Industrial Light & Magic recruiting for R&D, IT and Games. She returned to Pixar
in 2011 and added the Technical Directors and various Operations groups to her recruiting
efforts. Recently, she's taken over the recruiting for Animation, Art and Characters along with
various Operations groups. Prior to Pixar, Peggy recruited and managed recruiting teams in the
finance industry. Born in Denver, Colorado, she attended Colorado State University. Peggy
currently resides in Marin County, CA .
