What’s our role and impact in life? What truly motivates us to work? What is a career? What is success? No matter in which generation we were born, we all have our struggles in life and often do not know the right questions we should ask ourselves to grow. In this talk, we will cover some fundamental concepts of philosophy that address often overlooked aspects of discovering and developing personal value systems, understanding the origins of certain work cultures and societal norms; especially in the presence of multiple generational gaps.
