Exhibitors
An exhibition area will be available during the VIEW Conference, at Congress Center Torino Incontra, in two different places: the Foyer and Torino Hall.
You can take a look at them online by visiting: www.torinoincontra.org.
These two spaces are just next to the conferences and screenings halls, as well as to the Coffee Break and Lunch areas.
Rent a booth
Two different kind of booths will be available:
The largest one measures 8 mq (4x2) and the smallest 6 mq (3x2).
The rates to rent a booth during VIEW Conference (four days) are:
- 4500 € + VAT for a 8 mq booth,
- 3500 € + VAT for a 6 mq booth.
Every booth will be furnished with:
- Walls 250 cm high, made of grey stratified materials, with black anodized aluminum structures
- n° 1 table 130x65 cm
- n° 3 black anatomy chairs
- n° 2 spotlights - 100 watt
