Andrea Gunschera, born in 1974, has long-time experience in the 3D industry.
After studying industrial design and interior architecture, she was working for several years as a freelance artist and university lecturer for 3D visualization. In 2001, she joined RTT AG in Munich.
She’s head of the RTT content production unit which includes traditional CG movie and image creation as well as designing realtime applications.

CGI@Automotive: Making of Audi R8 feature movie.

In September 2006, RTT created an award-winning CGI movie to feature the Audi R8, a new super sports car by Audi. The production (2:30min full CG content) has been finished in only 9 weeks including the detail concept and storyboarding phase.
The speech will give a glance behind the production – the certain technical challenges, the organisational aspects behind such a project and the differences compared to a traditional movie production.
